煮湯時,水煮開後將檸檬魚放入鍋中,煮沸後依照喜好加入一點點鹽、米酒、香油以及蔥花
即可品嚐魚湯中優雅又富含層次的檸檬香及鮮甜


【乾煎】檸檬香味加州鱸魚

肉質Q彈,自帶檸檬香味的加州鱸魚
不需特別調味,只須表面抹上少許鹽,小火煎約10分鐘
(實際依照魚體大小調整)至2面焦黃,即可上菜


【清蒸】檸檬香味加州鱸魚

用大鍋煮水至完全沸騰,將魚放入蒸魚鐵盤,大火蒸約7分鐘(依照魚的大小須稍做調整)
依照喜好加入蒸魚醬油、薑絲、蔥絲
檸檬魚本身魚腥味極低,不須太多辛香料,盡量簡單調味即能享受到檸檬魚的鮮甜和香氣


【香烤】檸檬香味加州鱸魚

香烤檸檬香味的加州鱸魚,建議選擇蝴蝶切的新鮮鱸魚或一夜干烤魚過程快速且受熱均勻
將魚洗淨置入烤箱約15分鐘(依照烤爐溫度及魚的大小須做調整),烤至魚體金黃
依照喜好加胡椒鹽或芥末胡椒調味,即可品嚐到檸檬果香四溢的烤魚
